Ingredients Needed

  • Beeswax
  • Solid amber that is shredded
  • Sweet almond oil
  • Mica color powder, white
  • Essential oil. One that you like.

Choose high-quality ingredients to boost the effectiveness and safety of your DIY beauty products. Also, where an essential oil is included in my recipes, I utilize either of two types of essential oils: pure, if added in drops, or diluted, if mixed in grams.

Tools Needed

  • Bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • Wooden popsicle
  • Small glass container to store your DIY Creamy Perfume with Amber

Prior to use, ensure that both your utensils and containers are properly cleaned and disinfected. Wash them with warm soapy water, dry with a tissue, and then sanitize by spraying with 70% medical alcohol. Wipe them clean and let them air dry before use.

4- Place the bowl in a bain-marie (hot water bath) to melt the contents. A bain-marie is done by placing the bowl in a larger pot of hot steaming water. This will gradually melt whatever is inside the bowl. As it melts, make sure to mix every now and then. Here, it takes about 5 minutes.

5- With the tip of a wooden popsicle, add a little mica powder, white color.

6- Mix well. The white mica powder gives the contents a pearly color.

How To Use: DIY Creamy Perfume with Amber

Now that you’ve created your exquisite DIY Creamy Perfume with Amber, it’s time to embrace the elegance and allure it offers. Follow these simple steps to incorporate your personalized fragrance into your daily routine:

  1. Preparation: Before using your creamy perfume, ensure your skin is clean and moisturized. The creamy texture of the perfume will blend seamlessly with well-hydrated skin.
  2. Application: With clean fingertips, gently scoop a small amount of the creamy perfume from its container. Remember, a little goes a long way.
  3. Warmth Activation: Rub the perfume between your fingertips for a few seconds. The warmth generated by your fingers will help soften the creamy texture and release the aromatic notes of amber and other ingredients.
  4. Target Areas: Apply the perfume to pulse points on your body, such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, and even the crook of your elbows. These areas emit heat, which enhances the diffusion of the fragrance throughout the day.
  5. Gentle Patting: Instead of vigorously rubbing the perfume onto your skin, gently pat or press it onto your pulse points. This preserves the delicate scent and ensures an even distribution.
  6. Layering: For a longer-lasting and more pronounced scent, consider layering your creamy perfume. Apply a small amount of matching scented lotion or oil to your skin before applying the perfume.
  7. Avoid Over-application: Since the creamy perfume is concentrated, a small amount is sufficient. Over-application may overwhelm the senses and lead to a less enjoyable experience.
  8. Subtle Refresher: Throughout the day, you can reapply the perfume if desired. Since the perfume is in a solid creamy form, it’s easy to carry with you for on-the-go touch-ups.

With these steps, you can embrace the passion and elegance embodied by your DIY Creamy Perfume with Amber.
