Also, where an essential oil is included in my recipes, I utilize either of two types of essential oils: pure if added in drops, or diluted if mixed in grams—For diluted essential oil, mix 1 gram (0.035 oz) of pure essential oil with 100 grams (3.5 oz) of sweet almond oil or jojoba oil.

Steps: DIY Creamy Perfume with Amber
1- Start by putting 6 grams (0.21 oz) of shredded solid amber in a bowl.
2- Add 13 grams (0.45 oz) of beeswax.
3- Add 5 tablespoons of sweet almond oil.
4- Place the bowl in a bain-marie (hot water bath) to melt the contents. A bain-marie is done by placing the bowl in a larger pot of hot steaming water. This will gradually melt whatever is inside the bowl. As it melts, make sure to mix every now and then. Here, it takes about 5 minutes.
5- With the tip of a wooden popsicle, add a little mica powder, white color.
6- Mix well. The white mica powder gives the contents a pearly color.
7- Add 5 drops of an essential oil that you prefer.
8- Mix all the contents.
9- Pour the contents in a container.
10- Leave it to harden. Your DIY Creamy Perfume with Amber is now done!
