3- Add 78 grams (2.75 oz) of refined shea butter to the mixture.

4- Gently heat and melt the ingredients in a bain-marie (hot water bath). Set up a bain-marie by placing the beaker in a larger pot of hot, steaming water. Stir while the mixture is melting and avoid boiling.

5- After melting and mixing the cetyl alcohol and shea butter with the oat milk, remove the beaker from the bain-marie.

7- Once you’ve achieved a creamy texture, allow the mixture in the beaker to cool below 40°C (104°F).

8- In a separate cup, add the following:

  • 3 grams (0.10 oz) of black seed extract (or green tea extract or licorice extract)
  • 1.5 grams (0.05 oz) of liquid germall plus preservative
  • 3 drops of Vitamin E
