Discover the transformative power of an Effective DIY Serum for Eye Wrinkles – a natural age-defying solution designed to target those fine lines and wrinkles. Unveil the secrets of crafting your own potent serum, harnessing the prowess of simple yet powerful ingredients.

Ingredients Needed

  • Coconut oil
  • Wheat germ oil
  • Grapeseed oil
  • Vitamin E capsule for skin

Choose high-quality ingredients to boost the effectiveness and safety of your DIY beauty products. Also, where an essential oil is included in my recipes, I utilize either of two types of essential oils: pure if added in drops, or diluted if mixed in grams—For diluted essential oil, mix 1 gram (0.035 oz) of pure essential oil with 100 grams (3.5 oz) of sweet almond oil or jojoba oil.

Tools Needed

  • Stainless steel cup
  • Tablespoon
  • Wooden popsicle
  • Small funnel
  • Small glass roll-on bottle to store your DIY Serum for Eye Wrinkles

Prior to use, ensure that both your utensils and containers are properly cleaned and disinfected. Wash them with warm soapy water, dry with a tissue, and then sanitize by spraying with 70% medical alcohol. Wipe them clean and let them air dry before use.

Spoon Measurement Terms

In some of our articles, and for non-liquid ingredients, we use the measurements ‘One Spoon,’ ‘Rounded Spoon,’ and ‘Heaped Spoon’, to measure the quantity of ingredients, rather than precise measurements in grams or ounces. This is because adding a little more or less of the ingredient does not affect the final product. Both tablespoons and teaspoons follow these guidelines. Here’s a brief explanation of these terms:

  • One Spoon: Fill the ingredient in a measuring spoon, leveling it with a straight edge.
  • Rounded Spoon: More than a level measurement, with the ingredient piled above the spoon’s edge in a rounded shape.
  • Heaped Spoon: The non-liquid ingredient is scooped as high as possible on a spoon.

1- Start by scooping one rounded tablespoon of coconut oil into a cup. If the temperature is cold and the coconut oil is solid, melt it in a hot water bath.

A hot water bath, or a bain-marie, is done by placing the cup in a larger pot of hot steaming water. This will gradually heat/melt whatever is inside the cup. While melting, stir the contents gently. In the image below, my cup is sitting over a candle, which melts the coconut oil.
